I combine a deeply integrated and effective bodywork experience through decades of exerience as a bodyworker and orthopedic + sports physio. We will perform an assessment to see how you are moving, and then work intuitively with the hands locating restrIctions, releasing what's needed and ultimately bringing you back to your body's wisdom and it's innate capacity to heal.
